Vaginal Steaming helps nourish the vagina while healing and restoring divine femininity. Steaming helps improve stagnation and cleanses old residue in the vaginal canal and womb space. If blood from the previous menstrual cycle has not been properly cleared, the body identifies it as a foreign substance. This activates muscles in the abdomen to attempt to push it out of the body. This muscle contracting action often results in painful cramps. Doing vaginal steams assists the body with cleansing and improves circulation, which enhances the body’s own healing mechanisms. These herbs are amazing for long cycles with heavy periods and lots of clotting. Limit cleansing herbs if your cycle is already very short (less than 28 days).
This blend is formulated for women with long cycles, 28 days or longer, or absent periods. Whether your cycle is exactly 28 days or you haven’t had a period in 6 months.

WHAT IS A BASIC STEAM PLAN?
Alright, alright, I’ll let you know a basic steam plan to help you on your steam journey 🙂
RECOMMENDATIONS Steam 1-3 times per month. Steam between 20-30 minutes.
Steam once a week if possible, however; It’s incredibly beneficial to steam once before your period and once after
You do NOT steam while on your period so be sure to avoid that bleeding time.
If you don’t have periods currently, or you are trying to balance irregular cycles, then steaming with the moon cycle is a wonderful way to support your body. The lunar or moon cycle is a similar time as the menstrual cycle and they correlate energetically as well. If you are to steam with the moon, do a steam session on the new moon, the full moon, the waning moon and the waxing moon.
