Appointment Cancellation

In order to maintain a respectful and efficient scheduling process; we are asking for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 72hrs’ notice. This allows the service provider to adjust their schedule accordingly.

2. Preferred Communication: Avoid responding via email or text for appointment cancellations. Instead, call the designated phone number during business hours (212-234-4769).

MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9 AM TO 7 PM

SATURDAY 9 AM TO 5 PM

SUNDAY CLOSED

3. Last-Minute Cancellations: If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, there may be a charge of 100% of the service total.

4. Late Arrivals: While efforts will be made to accommodate delayed arrivals, service time may be abbreviated to avoid inconveniencing other guests.

5. Punctuality: Arriving no more than 10-15 minutes early ensures a stress-free check-in and allows for pre-treatment relaxation.

Remember to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for both you and the service provider.

 

Spa Package Cancellation

As a courteous measure, we require a 48 hour cancellation notice for all packages. A package consists of three or more services. In order to hold the appointment we require a credit card or a gift certificate number. The card will not be charged until services are provided, however, if the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance or if you fail to keep the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the services total.

 

Late Policy

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible.  Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and are charged at full value.

 

Punctuality

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment to allow stress-free check-in and a little pre-treatment decompression time.

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are redeemable for products and services only and are not to exceed the card balance.
  • Treat the gift card as cash, if it is lost, it will not be replaced.
  • Valid for one (1) year from date issued.
  • For gift card balance, present the card at Spaboutique2go.
  • Gratuities and cash back are prohibited on this card.
  • Not valid for medical services unless purchased specifically for that purpose.

 

Product Return

  • A store credit will be issued for all products returned, no cash refund will be awarded.
  • An exchange for any product of equal value is acceptable.
  • Products must be returned within 7 business days.
  • No more than 2-3 applications of the product used may be returned, pure dissatisfaction is not acceptable if any more than listed above is used.
  • Product must be of same consistency and volume and packaging must be in same condition as when purchased.
